Refurbishing happens when a returned product is subsequently restored by us and tested to our "as new" standards and specifications. The wood burner may have slight cosmetic wear from being lightly used or have a defective component replaced. Refurbished burners have the same unconditional 3-year warranty as our new units.

The Mystery Pen Packs contain three pens whose combined retail value is $95.00 or higher. These bags genuinely are "grab" bags because we can't promise any specific tip. We can promise to make each bag with care and use our best varieties on any given day. These pens have a 90-day warranty and are available as standard or heavy-duty pens.
